Filmography Class - Lego City Episode 1

So yesterday a good friend of mine came over to our house and we spend the better part of 3 hours recording a stop motion video with Isaiah. As most know, Isaiah is very into his Lego City sets and spends countless hours in his room playing with his legos, setting up scenarios throughout the city and playing them out. At times, Erin finds him in his bedroom by himself in the morning and he's already been playing for a half hour before she knows he's even awake.

From Wikipedia - Stop motion (also known as stop action or frame-by-frame) is an animation technique to make a physically manipulated object appear to move on its own.

We had 3 digital SLR cameras setup, lighting and a backdrop. The Lego City people experienced a accident and some criminal activity. It's crazy for me to remember how old Isaiah is and how big he is getting. He was running one of the camera's all on his own. He really enjoyed and had fun doing the project yesterday. Stay tuned for the video when we get done editing it.

Ijust want to tell Erin I hope she has a great birthday. Know that I am thinking and praying for her today. God bless. You're a great mother and wife. A wonderful example. Aunt Esther
