Silas Daniel Whalen is Here!

Silas arrived today at 10:32am via c-section. Both he and momma are happy and healthy.

He was 8lbs 3oz and 21.5 inches. Thank you for all your prayers for the delivery!

The Unofficial Rock Cookbook

Howdy! Erin's been bugging...or more like me forgetting...for 3 months to upload this cookbook to a website where people could download it from. She went out and gathered recipies from a number of different people at our church and had me type all of them up into a single document. Thus results in a 39 page Word document with everyone's healthy food ideas.
